| Meetings Various meetings take place throughout the year, which facilitate the management of the Association, and provide access to the Committee for all members. These meetings and their proceedings can be reached via this site, for the convenience of members. Committee meetings: These are held once a month on the third Thursday. These are usually attended only by members of the committee, unless special circumstances dictate otherwise. The proceedings are recorded and minutes can be found on members forum. Open forum meetings: These are held twice per year as advertised, and are open to all members, and invited guests. The agenda is published in advance and usually takes the form of a presentation, followed by questions from the floor. The proceedings are recorded and minutes can be found on members forum. Next Open forum date Annual General meeting. This is held once a year, usually a week after the April committee meeting. Its purpose is primarily to record the events of the year, to elect the governing committee, and to perform the prizegiving.
