Alders at approx 1.2 acres is the youngest lake of the Rawlings Retreat complex having been rebuilt a few years ago. There is easy access to the swims which are a short walk from the car park nearby also the lake has good facilities for the disabled including dedicated swims offering wheelchair access . It is suitable for fishing with pole or waggler rod. Alders is our only stillwater with no carp. It remains open during the close season and is now currently in the third phase of a stocking programme.
